Dr. Faxon D. Moulder

Dr. Moulder grew up in Newhall, California; a suburb of Los Angeles.  He attended Canyon High School where he enjoyed playing football and volleyball.  After graduation he attended Brigham Young University for one year before serving a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Alabama.  Upon returning home he continued his education at Brigham Young University and earned his Bachelor's of Science degree in Human Biology.  Shortly after graduating he moved to Portland, Oregon, to attend Western States Chiropractic College.  There he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree, and completed all four parts of the National Board examinations.

Dr. Moulder now resides in Pleasant Grove, Utah, with his wife, Sarah, their daughter Brook, and son Jacob.
