Referral Program

We are excited to introduce our new referral program.  We have had a hard time in the past saying thank you to our patient's who have trusted us enough to send their family members and friends for the care that they need.  We are now giving away free visits for massages or adjustments for every referral that becomes an active patient (2 paid visits).  The really exciting part of this program is that if your friend or family member becomes an active patient and has been in an auto accident and is still covered under the accident insurance we will give you $100 cash and a free adjustment or massage!

To participate in this program you need to get a number assigned to you from Dr. Moulder or you can simply write your name and phone number on the back of the "Free Consultation" cards you received in the mail.  Additional cards are available in the office.  These cards allow you to introduce others to our office without any cost on their part, and you can give them out without feeling like you are selling something.

One of the misconceptions in Utah regarding auto accidents is that there is only medical coverage if the other driver is at fault.  This is not true, because of Utah's no-fault laws there is $3000 available for medical payments for every individual in the vehicle regardless of whose fault the accident was.  The other big misconception is that if the accident is my fault and I get medical care my insurance rates will go up.  Most insurance companies will raise your rates one time regardless of the amount they pay out, so if you entered a claim to get your car fixed your rates have already gone up, and are not likely to go up more just because you got treatment for your injuries.

If you are an existing patient and get into an accident you can refer yourself for the same incentives as above.
